Khoa Nguyen
CEO & Managing Partner
Moving from Vietnam to the US at the age of 12, he felt the need to work much harder than everybody to be successful. Early on Khoa saw the value in investing in Real Estate and with his wife and partner Kerry started investing in single family properties. After years of success and building a large portfolio of Single Family investments, Khoa set his sights on Multifamily units. With a strong background in leadership and analyzing numbers, Khoa excels at underwriting deals as well as building power teams. He stays focused on finding different solutions to approach a problem, which is focused on maximizing our investors' returns.
Kerry Nguyen
Investor Relations
Kerry Nguyen comes from a strong management background that started while helping her father manage a large portfolio of rental properties in Vietnam. Due to her early real estate exposure as a child, she developed a solid foundation in the real estate space. This experience also instilled an "always proactive" approach to opportunities. Kerry came to America right after high school and easily adapted to the new culture. She also is skilled in international investing and is fluent in English, Vietnamese, and French. She is an excellent communicator and thrives in building relationships that strengthen her network!
